I hope you enjoy these free "Thank You" gift tags. Each tag is 2.5 inches.

12 tags per sheet.

 

Instructions:

1) Click Here to download the PDF file.

2) Print file onto an 8.5" x 11" sheet of cardstock.

3) Cut on grey dotted lines.

4) punch a hole near the top using a paper hole punch.

5) Use a thin ribbon or twine to attach Thank You tag to your gift.
